Hi, thank you Randy for your first lesson. I stay in Mumbai and did an exhaustive google search for local shops, suppliers and retailers of wine brewery ingredients, came up empty. I don't think i will be able to order online because i have neither a credit card nor a Paypal account. Yeah, that's right..big loser, but i get by well enough for most purposes.

Anyways, there's this pumpkin wine recipe that seemed like a safe and cheap option to begin with (http://winerecipes.blogspot.com/2008/09/pumpkin-wine.html), is there any chance of there being substitutes for yeast nutrient, yeast energiser, Wine yeast (Lalvin K1V-1116 (Montpellier) or Wyeast 3347 (Eau de Vie), and campden tablets? Because if i don't manage to scrape up something i will miss out on a great experience. Could you please help or suggest a basic recipe that doesn't require all these wonderful strains of yeast?

No i won't forget the idea or give up! It's back to Google for me.
