How to Make Homemade Wine

I want to make a pineapple wine from tinned crushed pinapple and add fresh crushed banana to the must. Anyone done this and what ratio would you use?

Also wonder if it maters which crushed pineapple brand to use. I notice the tins have pineapple in syrup or pineapple juice?
