Hi, I am beginner in the field of homemade wine making. My family inspired me to start making red wine since they liked the one I prepared. My neighbors too started demanding for it. I am planning to increase the quantity and make at least 100 bottles a month. Dunno about the facts to be considered during winemaking in bulk amounts. We have planned to renovate our old store room into a wine cellar. What else should be taken care of in case of a homemade cellar? Has anyone tried a homemade cellar? Please help me with ideas and suggestions on this. Thanks.
