It has been 3 years since I am making homemade wine. Grape wine has more demands. And it is the best way to earn money. I get more orders during Christmas and New year. I got a bulk order for next month. But I am confused with the messed up kitchen. How can I ethically dispose of the grape wastes? I usually collect it in a bin that I bought from a bin rental service. The foul odour disturbs me more. How can I treat the grape waste in a better way? I know pomace is a useful tool. But I don't have time to consider pomace. It is not possible for me to treat the bulk of pomace with food waste.
