Ok, I have chilled the wine and added the bentonite.  Do I return the wine to the refrigerator, or leave it out to room temperature.  Also, should I stir the wine until the bentonite disappears in the wine?  Right now, it keeps settling on the bottom of the container, so I have not mixed it enough?
