I just completed my first batch of Muscadine wine. I want to make sure the jars I put it in do not explode. I started with a five gallon bucket and added fruit, sugar, and yeast (1). I strained after 2 weeks and then let sit for another 2.5 months. I just transfered to jars and I have not added anything else. Can someone give me a little advice? BTY I have sampled and it is great...
